Recently I was hit by another driver pulling out my college's parking lot". The other driver tried to make an illegal U-Turn and ended up running into my truck/. Immediately, the other drive filled a claim stating she was the not-at-fault driver?.
I contacts my agent who had me put in a claim and assured me that since the other driver walked away with a ticket for failure to yield right of way, that she was going to be the liable party once their "investigation" was finished..
This so called "investigation" is still ongoing, with no end in sight!. Allstate claimed that they were waiting for the police report, so I went to the police station and sent a copy to them/. Now they claim that they are looking at it and will call us back, but still no word|.
Basically, Allstate doesn't want to pay because the other car is insured with them as well|. Meanwhile...I am the innocent party who has to find rides to and from work and school. They do not care about their customers.
We currently have 1 car, 1 SUV, 2 trucks, and a boat insured with Allstate. I can assure you that once this claim is complete, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
Still with no vehicle....

Written by margie farler on November 15, 2011 from somerset, kentucky, US we are allstate consumer .my daughter was in a accident. drunk driver hit her it was his second time drunk driving. allstate paid her medical.now allstate has filed a claim against me if her medical goes over 10,000. the other drivers insurance.allstate did not make his insurance pay to have our car fixed.the drunk driver got 3200.00 in jail from his insurance. |
